No Inventory Commitments

At Aneka Konveksi Bandung, uniform production and inventory are planned based on projected student demand. Each school’s uniform range is configured according to its specific requirements. When uniforms are developed from standard production items, there are no minimum order quantities and no obligation for schools to purchase remaining stock at the end of an agreement period.

Dedicated Account Support

From the start of the partnership, Aneka Konveksi Bandung assigns a dedicated internal team to support schools throughout the duration of the agreement. A designated account representative is available year-round to assist with uniform program management and to address enquiries from school administrators and families.

On-site Appointment

In-School Fitting Sessions

We reserve our service centre exclusively for your school, giving students and families a dedicated time to fit and collect uniforms for the upcoming school year.

On a date selected by your school, our team will visit the school to measure students and take uniform orders on site. These sessions are an effective way to introduce new students to your school uniform and ensure the correct sizes and quantities are ordered ahead of the school year.

Choose Your Uniform Selection

First, we’ll work with you to identify the items to be included in your school’s uniform program. We’ll then provide recommended options, pricing details, physical samples and anything you'd prefer to see in person.

Create Your Design

Next, we’ll create your design. Our team can help you choose the right colors, materials, embroidered logo, and its application style.

Finalize Contract Terms

Finally, once you've approved your custom uniform, you'll work with our team to negotiate and confirm the payment plans. Once those terms have been agreed upon, we’ll just need your signature to get started on stocking and customizing your school’s uniform program.
